Contract details:
- $24000 must be spent on "food, beverage, and meeting room rental" before 25% service fee (gratuity)
- $5000 is committed to meeting room rental
- $100 per bartender for 3 hour block of time does not contribute to the minimum
- percentage discount on 2019 menu
- $23500 is the actual food minimum amount
Who needs to be fed & when:
- Morning coffee on Friday ~$400
- OLFI students lunch Friday - 100 students + 7 instructions + 13 staff/volunteers + 20 speakers --> round up to 150 - $45/person $7500
- Happy Hour Friday - 150 person, heavy apps, 3 hour ticketed bar (bartender fee not included) $4000
- Morning coffee on Saturday ~$1250
- Supporter lunch Saturday - about 125 boxed or box flexible buffet wraps - $??/person $7500
- After party - 300 person, heavy apps, 3 hour ticketed bar (bartender fee not included) $3000
