  1. Some notes

A few of these places seem promising: I spoke to the owner of Callahan's and he says they do these types of events several times a week. I think if we wanted to do a smaller event on Friday, some of the smaller capacity venues may work. Terra Calloway from Buca has sent me an email with information. Natalie Darr from 3-Legged Mare and R-Bar mentioned they have rented out the entire place if we can promise a minimum purchase per person. The elevator is a pretty cool place for a smaller event.

    • Three legged mare

$7000 for open bar, everything for from 6 to midnight (possibly make time span shorter). Basically we would make up the difference. - We could keep it open to public if we wanted too, and use their sales. - Total sales figure for the time the bar is open - People could order food too - We could bring our own dj in too - Up to 350 people - We could bring in arcade consoles and stuff to set up and play...other board games too
