Overview
All space listed below is on hold at the Hyatt for October 12-13, 2018. Ideally, we'd have the following:
- Fri: All OLFI in county rooms (Clark, Champaign or Knox available?)
- Fri: Relocate Early Penguins to junior ballrooms. (Franklin or Delaware)
- Fri/Sat: Private dining room for speaker green room
- Fri: Relocate lunch to 2nd floor. (Franklin or Delaware)
- Sat: Relocate lunch to Delaware (done)
- Sat: Relocate afterparty to Delaware (done)
