Overview

All space listed below is on hold at the Hyatt for October 12-13, 2018. Ideally, we'd have the following:

  • Fri/Sat: Private dining room for speaker green room (Unavailable as of 7/12/2017)
  • Fri: All OLFI in county rooms (Champaign and Knox unavailable as of 7/12/2017)
  • Fri: Relocate lunch to junior ballrooms. (Franklin or Delaware)
  • Fri: Relocate Early Penguins to junior ballrooms. (Franklin or Delaware)
  • Sat: Relocate lunch to junior ballrooms. (Franklin or Delaware)
  • Sat: Relocate afterparty to junior ballrooms. (Franklin or Delaware)

We were unable to book the junior ballrooms so far in advance but will be able to revisit closer to the event dates.

Possible changes depending on 2018 program:

  • Less or more than 7 OLFI classes
  • Relocate one OLFI from first floor to Union A
  • Move OLFI partially to Franklin like in 2017 to simplify A/V. (Ideally all in counties)
  • Addition of DIOS
  • Partnership with another conference (PGcon)
