$22,060 must be spent on "food, beverage, and meeting room rental" before 21% service fee (gratuity)
$5000 is committed to meeting room rental
$100 per bartender for 3 hour block of time does not contribute to the minimum
$17,060 is the actual food minimum amount

OLFI students lunch Friday - 70 students + 7 instructions + 10 staff/volunteers --> round up to 90 - $39.50/person $3555 (4,961.75)
Happy Hour Friday - 150 person, heavy apps, 3 hour ticketed bar $3483.75
Morning coffee on Saturday $1250 ($982.96)
Supporter lunch Saturday - about 125 boxed or box flexible buffet wraps - $39.50/person $4937.50 ($6,528.61)
After party - 300 person, light apps and/or desserts, 3 hour ticketed bar $3483.75
