- $500 is committed to meeting room rental
- $21,560 is the actual minimum amount
Who needs to be fed & when:
- Morning coffee on Friday
- OLFI students lunch Friday - 70 students + 7 instructions + 10 staff/volunteers --> round up to 90 - $30/person $2700
- Happy Hour Friday - 150 person, heavy apps, 3 hour ticketed bar
- Morning coffee on Saturday
- Supporter lunch Saturday - about 125 boxed or box flexible buffet wraps - $30/person $3750
- After party - 300 person, light apps or desserts, 3 hour ticketed bar
